Yes. Subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle (monthly or annually) using your stored payment method. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal. You can cancel anytime before renewal to avoid being charged.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Annual subscriptions may be prorated if cancelled within 14 days of the annual renewal. Individual session charges for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice are non-refundable. Contact billing@onwynd.com for refund requests.
Unused sessions from Basic and Standard plans roll over for up to 1 month (maximum 2 sessions). Premium and Unlimited sessions do not roll over as they provide ongoing access. Session credits earned from cancellations do not expire.
